The strat.e.gist

Whilst I was on the last FGW workshop in on the Island of Koh samui I was attending a Chinese tea ceremory and taking time out to meet other at the Spa residents when I was introdued to Rachel.

Rachel told me she was a Strategist and explained what she does as a Strategist (see details below) I was impressed with what she told me so I decided to employ her services.

I had my first session whilst in Thailand and found that Rachel's approach was direct and focused, yet with refreshing humour which made it easy to work with Rachel and still feel I made good use of the time with lots of actions at the end of the session.

Three sessions on Rachel has managed to keep us focused on the development of Karmic Coachng and provide useful perspectives and a extensive range of strategies for us to accelerate achieving our business Successes.

Rachel is driven by the desire to help entrepreneurs and small businesses develop to their true potential. She thrives on fostering passion, talent and enthusiasm - whatever your circumstances - to add lasting value.

Her role is to offer strategic input, because she appreciates that not only does each business differ from any other, but so do you.

Whether an entrepreneur wants to launch their concept, increase the impact of their online presence, or buck the economic trend.

Rachel combines Chartered Accountancy and Life Coaching qualifications to maximum effect by helping clients create plans of action for accomplishing their goals that are congruent with their unique character, situation and needs.

In her opinion, there is an unmistakable work-life symbiosis. On numerous occasions, the difference between success and failure can be as simple as having a mentor on hand to motivate, enthuse and advise.

Rachel’s diverse knowledge and experience bridges the work-life divide. At one end of the spectrum - for those who are confident in their business skills - she understands that the path to success can be tough at times, so it is invaluable to have an ally alongside when your own energies wane. At the opposite end - for those with endless enthusiasm and creativity - she understands that marketing, financial and commercial advice can powerfully transform their ideas into a viable business. And of course, there are many clients who sit between these two extremes.

Furthermore, Rachel works on a discretionary basis (after travel expenses, where applicable) so that she can help a greater number of clients achieve success in business, and ask that clients pay by donating the value they consider they received from the hourly service. Rachel uses this approach because she is eager to awaken people into seeing that there is an alternative to the ‘me, me, me’ modern cultural norm, and makes it clear that she does not discriminate on the basis of what people give.
