The Place..

"I will never forget the wonderful feeling of practising Yoga every morning on the side of a hill in the tropics of Koh Samui, the sounds, the heat, the gentle breeze.."

Why did I decide to organise this retreat? 

I had heard about places in Thailand (and seen one on T.V) that did Cleansing fast detox, so I went to Thailand in May 06 and the results were fantastic.. absolutely fantastic. I did a 3 1/2 day detox and had lots of energy and fun, lost approx 10lbs and felt revitalised and really great.

I experienced true clarity for the first time in a long time and felt really motivated and even my eyesight improved (I am short sighted) amongst other benefits. I had this experience whilst being with friends, meeting new ones and the lovely Thai people, swimming in the sea day and night, having saunas massages facials.. you name it I had it.

Some people I met in the resort asked for a little coaching and Reiki in these naturally amazing surroundings and the results seem to be much more effective and powerful and quicker than when at home.

Then I realised how wonderful it would be to go on a journey of self transformation and re-connection to inner wisdom and a great opportunity for people to enrich their lives and regain a strong sense of purpose for their life in a naturally beautiful tropical setting.

Inspired, I created a Journey that combined exercises and practises some which are thousands of years old like yoga and mediation, together with some modern coaching and facilitation techniques to create the Finding The Guru program "FGW". In addition to the detox to really maximise the results from the "inside out"... what's most important for me is supporting you in finding your Inner Guru.
