Earl is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, attuned to Reiki level 2 & facilitates guided meditation. He is also a Registered Hypnotherapist and TimeLine Therapy™ Practitioner. A sales professional (trained in ‘creating opportunities’) he has spent many years consulting organisations and individuals on resolving issues and creating solutions.
He is fascinated in ancient wisdoms, cultural diversity and evolution. He has a strong desire for learning and is on a lifelong journey of discovery. For many years he has been involved in various fields of self development assisting in running retreats and workshops and leading mediation classes including classes at a well known health club. He has also designed and delivered training sessions for telesales teams.
With strong values on trust, integrity, courage, peace, community and compassion, he is dedicated to the Holistic Development of Mental, Physical and Emotional intelligence for Self and anyone who wishes positive transformation.
After being certified in NLP, he was able to combine these ancient philosophies with new technologies, skills and techniques enhancing his ability to employ his uniquely relaxed and intuitive style.
Earl is Karmic Coaching's main practitioner and there is a network of other trusted, professionals who work with Karmic Coaching. Their expertise can be called upon, for other therapies, including massage, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Nutritional Advice and also for groups who may require more than one facilitator.
Julia Haythorn
Julia is an experienced trainer, voice coach and theatre practitioner. She studied acting at East 15 Acting School, has a BA Hons in English Literature and is a licentiate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama (voice teaching). She is also a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Julia has been a professional actress for twenty years and has toured in theatre productions all over the country as well as appearing in film and television.
She works with young people and teachers running workshops in Shakespeare, voice and theatre skills including many years as Education Director at the Open Air Theatre in Regent’s Park.
Her work in the corporate world began with designing and running actor-based team building events and murder mysteries for clients like Coca Cola, J.Sainsbury, Marks and Spencer and Nationwide. She also worked extensively for PricewaterhouseCoopers all over Eastern Europe taking part in role play simulations.
Now she delivers communication training for individuals and companies such as 3 Video Mobile, Associated Newspapers, London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames, Subway and ITV.
Julia combines her NLP skills and her experience of working before a live theatre audience to create courses which are engaging and entertaining and that achieve results.
Nadia is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) with a vast amount of experience helping people through cleansing programs and in helping them to make adjustments in their life to support their lifelong journey towards ever increasing health.
As well as being an RHN, she has an HBA degree in Psychology and has been studying health and wellness for more than 17 years. Nadia also holds a certificate in Natural Hygiene and has completed yoga teacher training, raw food preparation training, Reiki training and has attended several 10 day silent meditation retreats - aspects from all of which she incorporates into her daily life.
Working as the Executive Health Advisor at The Spa Resorts in Thailand for over 3 years allowed Nadia to assist thousands of people through their cleansing programs and also with advice to take home with them.
Her passion has always been to discover her own potential and to help others to do the same. She now enjoys doing this through virtual health consulting.
