Kirsty May

Kirsty has been practising Yoga for 8 years and teaching for 3. She was fully qualified and trained in the Sivananda Ashram in Kerela, India. She teaches a safe and effective practise of hatha, pranayama and relaxation designed to increase flexibility, tone and strengthen the body and soothe the mind and soul.
 
The class consists of an initial relaxation, warm up postures, followed by the sequence of hatha yoga postures (most of the duration of the class), She then guides the class through some breathing exercises (Pranayama), finishing with a relaxation meditation. A tranquil mood is enhanced with soothing music and aromatherapy oils.
 
You can experience Kirsty's friendly, calm approach in either private classes, shared group classes or on some of the Karmic Coaching workshops.
